    Hey guys, I did this workout yesterday for the first time and really love
    it! But I’ve got one question – for the exercises from 9:13 on – Breast
    Stroke and Heel Taps I really have problems with my pubic bone 😀 It hurts
    so terribly while lifting those legs! Do I do something wrong or do I just
    have to deal with it? Thanks in advance! :-)?
